Dear NABJ Members, Partners and Supporters,
We share the excitement about the joint 2022 NABJ-NAHJ Career Fair and Convention! We’re just days away!
Because of our organizations’ growth, huge interest (much larger than anticipated for this year’s conference), and space limitations, we are closing the approval process for onsite registration at 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 26. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all attendees.
We will accept no new vaccination verification submissions after this deadline. Onsite registration will only be available for those who have started our CLEAR vaccination verification process before the above deadline.
If you have already started the process online and we can verify that you began the process by the deadline, we will honor your efforts by helping you complete the verification steps.
After you add your information to our verification portal and the CLEAR app and discover that you need help completing the process, we strongly recommend you call 855-ClearMe (855-253-2763). The CLEAR Help Desk can help you complete your verification and avoid long wait times at the conference help desk.
Remember that your name and email address in CLEAR must match what you submit in our portal, so our registration team can access your information.
DO NOT WAIT TO COMPLETE YOUR CLEAR/VACCINATION PROCESS.
- Open the CLEAR App
- Click the Event
- Click Know Before You Go
- Click Open Health Pass
Contact registration@nabj.org if you have questions.
Also, for those using Android phones, it is recommended that you delete and reload the CLEAR app if you have problems with the vaccination verification/CLEAR process. There is a reported problem associated with Android caches concerning this app. Reloading generally clears up the issue.
In summary, there will be no onsite registration if you have not already started the process online with CLEAR by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 26.
Thanks, and we look forward to seeing the NABJ Family in Vegas! Remember to pack your masks. They are required while attending convention activities.
