NABJ-Insider, Inc. Fellowship

NABJ and Insider, Inc. are partnering to announce the NABJ-Insider, Inc. Fellowship! This fellowship program is for early-career journalists who want to spend six months learning from a newsroom full of passionate, dedicated journalists.

Fellows will be assigned to teams and become experts in digital storytelling. They produce real work that is distributed to the Insider’s audience of millions. The goal of this fellowship program is for the fellows to learn the ins and outs of a digital media newsroom, learn how to write/edit in the Insider style and for the Insider audience, and grow in their writing/editing, pitching, and reporting skills.

Fellows should come out of the NABJ-Insider, Inc. Fellowship Program ready for a full-time position in the industry.

NABJ-Narratively Fellowship Program

NABJ and Narratively are thrilled about collaborating on an editorial fellowship program!

The NABJ-Narratively Fellowship Program will give one NABJ student journalist the opportunity to work closely with Narratively’s editorial team to get hands-on experience and insight into the entire process of how they operate their online publication and production studio. The primary focus will be on editorial production of the stories published to Narratively.com, with additional opportunities to learn about the other sides of our business, including Narratively Podcasts, Narratively Creative (its branded content division) and Narratively Studios (its TV/film development wing).
