- Though not sold out, we have added and secured the maximum number of rooms available at the Marriott.
- We have also opened up our room block at our overflow hotel, the OMNI, which is adjacent to the Marriott Wardman. Call 800-843-6664 (800-THE-OMNI).
- Please understand that rooms will again go extremely fast.
- We are in discussions with another hotel about rooms for when the OMNI sells out.
Our reserved room block is about 20% higher than both Miami and the last time we were at the Wardman with a joint convention. It appears that the big difference is that quite a few companies are booking and paying for their employees this year (NABJ members and managers). The engagement from companies appears to be the largest ever for any of our single and joint conventions. We will add hotels as needed.
Please note that you may get a “not available message” when you book at the Marriott. Per yesterday’s message, if you book online and you, for example, request July 7-12 and EVEN ONE of those dates are not available, the online system will not process your request. You will need to contact the Wardman Hotel to find out which nights are open and decide your options.
