Rapidly changing news platforms, the deluge of major news stories and the upcoming presidential election demand skilled and agile journalists.
The Greater St. Louis Association of Black Journalists (GSLABJ) will focus on these topics and more when it hosts the 2020 National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) Region II Conference, March 13-15, 2020, at the Marriott St. Louis Grand in Downtown St. Louis.The conference is open to working journalists, professional communicators, as well as journalism and communications students.
As a first for NABJ Conferences, Google will host the Google News Election Training Workshop, which will cover topics such as “How to Visualize Your Election Story.”
The conference will feature a number of panels and events, including the following:
