**RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY #NABJNAHJ20**
Note: Attendees and members making reservations must acknowledge receipt and understanding of the new cancellation/refund rules before booking is allowed.
- A one-night deposit per room will be required at the time of reservation. (Your card will be immediately charged for one night.)
- Cancellations must be made BEFOREMay 16, 2020 or you will lose your one-night deposit. There will be NO refund of your deposit beginning May 16. However, you will be allowed to transfer your room to someone else if needed. Please work with the hotel to transfer, should the need arise.
- Reservations ON OR AFTERMay 16 are non-cancellable so guests are liable for ALL days of reservations beginning this date. Upon cancellation your credit card will charged for the entire stay. Again, you are able to transfer your reservation to someone else if you cannot use the reservations yourself.
