Statement on ESPN Layoffs

We realize that economic conditions many times drive numerous personnel issues. Black employees sometimes are disproportionately impacted by layoffs.

We implore the company to be fair and sensitive to all reductions in workforce issues while continuing to fight against implicit bias.
