The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) is going virtual in 2020… again!

Our four regions have come together to host NABJ’s first-ever joint (and virtual) regional conferences on November 21, 2020.

Registration is now open for this power-packed, daylong event, which will include a career fair, networking spaces, cutting-edge training, topical discussions, and a keynote address and fireside chat with Nikole Hannah-Jones.

For a special rate of $35, attendees can access all four regional content tracks, fireside chat and networking activities, and the career fair. The registration deadline is November 18, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Registrations cannot be accepted after the deadline.

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, attendees experiencing financial hardships due to COVID-19 can apply for a conference scholarship to cover registration costs.  Apply here by November 14, 2020.

The theme of the conference is 202One: Looking Back, Moving Forward. Region I’s track will focus on professional development and training. Region II’s track will focus on social justice. Region III’s track will focus on health and technology. Region IV’s track will focus on arts and culture. A mix of live, hybrid, and on-demand viewing options will be available!

Register now to save your seat to gain access to hot-topic sessions, workshops, and special events!
