Proposed amendments to the NABJ Constitution, the association’s chief governing document, must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. (EST), Friday, Feb. 7, 2020.
In accordance with Chapter 6, Article 1, of the NABJ Constitution, amendments may be proposed by affiliated chapters, regions, the Board of Directors or any lifetime, professional, emerging, alumni, and academic member in good standing.
Proposals should specify the Article and Section that would be amended, the rationale for the change, and any fiscal impact.
